Donation Requests : Submit a Request

If you are an individual seeking donations, you may register here to be added to our list. Potential donors peruse the list occasionally, and may contact you if they are interested in donating. Your email address will not be revealed, though, as all correspondence to you will go through our contact forms. It will be up to you to respond to any inquiries, as well as providing additional contact information to potential donors. Please be prepared to offer verifying information (physician's names, teacher's names, etc.) should someone respond to your request.

Make sure to fill in all required information truthfully and accurately. Please do not post the same request more than once.
